Ingredients we do not use

We understand that menopause can bring unique health challenges, and there are many ingredients beyond our usual formulations which have been shown to be effective. However, we’re committed to safety and effectiveness. Every ingredient undergoes continuous rigorous evaluation to ensure it not only works well but is also safe to use. If we find any credible studies that reveal a negative safety profile, we will not include that ingredient. If new findings emerge that show contradictions in those studies, we promptly review and reassess the ingredient.

  • Regulatory Review and Approval

We carefully examine all the regulations and guidelines for each ingredient, checking them against current data to make sure they meet safety standards set by authorities such as the BSI, MHRA, FSA, and EFSA.

  • Scientific Research and Testing

We thoroughly review the existing research on the ingredient—this includes studies, clinical trials, and safety reports. We gather and carefully analyse this information to judge its safety.

  • Compatibility Analysis

We examine how the ingredients interact with each other. This crucial step ensures that ingredient combinations are safe, without causing known harmful interactions. We use scientific studies and safety data to check for any potential issues.

  • Dosage Evaluation

We carefully determine the optimal amount for each ingredient to make sure it's both safe and effective. This involves looking at data from clinical trials, scientific studies, and safety standards to find the right balance.

  • Quality and Safety Testing

We individually test every ingredient we use to ensure its quality and safety. An independent accredited lab performs a detailed analyses, checking for purity, contaminants, and confirming safety compliance.

  • Post-Market Surveillance

We keep a close watch on the latest updates from health organizations and regulatory agencies about the ingredients we assess. This includes reviewing new findings, safety reports, and regulatory changes that may impact an ingredient’s status.
